ABOUT ME

My name is Iskren Yordanov. I am a 20-year-old student from Varna, Bulgaria. My goal is to expand my culinary knowledge and travel the world while meeting new people and experiencing new cuisines and tastes. My ultimate goal is to be a baker and one day have my own small bakery.

Education:

I'm currently studying in the Culinary Arts Institute in the Varna University of Management. I'm second year and I have been already on an internship in Marbella, Spain in a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant.
